The rooms were clean, and the in-house restaurant served good food. Breakfast choices were limited, but it's a great budget-friendly place to stay. The location is convenient too, about a leisurely 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro station. Our plans got mixed up, so we needed to switch hotels, and the front desk staff handled the arrangements smoothly. Our pre-booked room wasn't ready when we arrived, but the woman at reception upgraded us to a better one at no extra charge. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and the front desk staff were very courteous.

The stay was unpleasant because I could barely sleep. Two nights ago, reception staff were speaking loudly and making a racket as they moved things around during the night. The hotel needs to keep things quiet at night for guests. ⭐⭐ (2/5)
