The staff were careless and the service was terrible, which ruined the whole stay. Booking this place would waste your hard-earned money. It was a pathetic experience, and even paying a single penny felt like a loss.

There are mirrors everywhere, though the ambience is fine. The food portions don't match the price, and the service and staff attitude were poor. I wouldn't choose this place to stay.

For a room costing 3500, this was awful. The room and washroom weren't clean, the bedsheet was dirty and wasn't changed even after I asked, and the pillow wasn't clean either. They didn't provide a water bottle in the room, and the staff didn't speak properly.

The room and food are both very expensive. The room was very dirty, and nobody came to clean it during my stay. The front office manager didn't know how to behave. Please don't choose this hotel, friends, I'm sincerely asking you not to go.

There was constant disturbance during my stay, with construction going on and random hotel staff knocking on my door. The rooms smelled, and the washroom had no handwash or toilet paper. There wasn't any tea or coffee in the room either. For a place charging almost double the 1500rs per night rate, they need to learn hospitality and how to serve with a smile. Rajiv, I'm blacklisting this hotel from future bookings.
