Getting here was difficult because the roads were narrow and crowded, and my car got scratched on the way in. The owners’ cars block the parking, there’s no night guard, and I didn’t feel the vehicle was safe. The room was average, with a broken toilet seat and no wiper or service in the bathroom. There was no Wi-Fi or call connectivity, and even basic requests such as water went unanswered. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were rude, and we found bed bugs in the room. We couldn’t sleep properly, and the food wasn’t good either. A very bad experience at this hotel.

The bill for my water bottles came to 551, then they added another 350 as GST and gave me no receipt. I was charged 60rs per bottle, and during my 2 day trip they didn’t provide the two bottles a day that hotels generally give. They charged extra for everything after checkout, even water, which wasn’t included in the package. Google made it look cheap, but when I arrived they asked for 2700 per night for an AC room of about 100-120 sq. Ft. They were pleasant until checkout, then asked for more money. The worst experience.

It was my first time in Delhi, and this stay made me hate the city. The rooms were old and so bad I couldn’t even use the bed. We gave up sightseeing and left instead. Also, don’t trust the Auto people who get commissions from the hotel, or you’ll be charged more. The worst hotel anyone could end up in. Don’t go there.
