The room had a faucet that was damaged and kept leaking, and the centralized AC meant our cooling depended on other guests. If someone else turned the AC off, our room got hot and unbearable, especially in Delhi weather. Food delivery took far too long, and the prices were very high for such poor service. We had pre-booked at Hotel Sapphire House, Delhi, but were asked to pay extra for early check-in, more than we had been told when booking. After paying and arriving, we waited 1.5 hours, then were casually told the room still wasn't ready and to wait another 30 minutes. It showed no respect for guests' time or professionalism. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, with no hospitality. They also failed to give proper payment receipts, which raised concerns about transparency and professionalism. From start to finish, the stay was stressful and disappointing, and the hotel failed to meet basic hospitality standards. I'd strongly advise others to avoid it and find a more reliable option in Delhi.

The restaurant service was quick and attentive, and the food had a nice range of tasty options. Our room was roomy, clean, and had the essentials we needed. The staff were welcoming and polite, always ready to help, so we felt well looked after at Hotel Sapphire.

I wouldn't advise families to stay here, especially when traveling with children. We got dirty linens, a foul smell, and a room that seemed to receive very little attention. When we raised concerns, the staff were indifferent and unhelpful. We expected basic hospitality and instead encountered negligence and unprofessional behavior.

We had to repeat our concerns several times just to get a response, and basic requests took over 4 hours. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. The room was extremely dirty, including the bedding and comfort items, and even after we pointed this out multiple times, nothing changed. It was a frustrating stay, far below an acceptable standard.

The bathroom was filthy, with pan spit and some pan packets left inside, and the bedsheets smelled bad. The room looked dirty and wasn't the same as the one in the Google images. At check-in, we paid the full amount, but the receptionist was asking for more money just an hour later. It felt disrespectful. Everything looked as if the room and bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, maybe even a year. I'd give it 1/10. Totally disappointed.
