OYO 5987 Seven Seas Inn

The room was crawling with cockroaches, and despite several complaints, nobody did anything. The bathroom was dirty, and the sheets and pillow covers smelled bad and were covered in hair, so I doubt they’re doing laundry. Even basic things like towels and soap weren’t provided, despite the high price. The cleaning staff were rude, argued about other hotels when I raised the cleanliness issues, and ignored what we asked for. A water bottle marked Rs 18/l was quoted to me at Rs 30, which made no sense, and they mocked me when I challenged it. Horrible room and customer service. Never book with them.

Skip Seven Sean Inn entirely. The toilet was filthy, the rooms weren’t cleaned, and there was no soap or bathroom freshener. The advertised AC didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was basically imaginary, there was no hot water, and the TV was only there for decoration. Even if you come alone, you’ll have cockroaches for company. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even my enemies.

Save your money and peace of mind. The room service never came to clean, even after I complained. There was no soap or bathroom freshener, and the commode looked like it hadn’t been cleaned with liquid in months. They call it an AC room, but the unit was just a dummy box in the window. Wi-Fi didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the TV was for show with a dead remote. Cockroaches will keep you company if you stay here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Seven Sean Inn should be called Seven Scams Inn. You might as well sleep at the railway station, at least the air is fresh and free.

I paid ₹2,860 and didn’t even last 40 minutes there. The room was dirty and extremely cramped, with no ventilation. The location is terrible and getting transport is very inconvenient. Not good for families.
