I only wanted to move my booking date, not get a refund, after booking the room through Agoda. Agoda gave me the hotel's number, but when I called, the staff member was rude and aggressive and wouldn't listen. I'd already paid in full. It felt like both Agoda and the hotel were scamming customers. For me, it's about the customer service, not the money. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

They charged us 100/- per towel when we asked for two extra towels on day two. That says a lot about the hospitality here. I wouldn't stay here at any price. 😅

The staff at Saptagiri Hotel were warm, professional, and attentive, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. There were tasty local and international food choices too. Near IGI Airport, Delhi, the location was especially handy for early or late flights. Our spacious, clean, well-kept room had modern amenities and was comfortable. It worked well for a short or longer visit, business or leisure, and felt like good value. I'd gladly recommend it.

The Papad I ordered had some burnt stuff in it. The reception person misbehaved with me, and the hotel staff and restaurant were no good either. Horrible.

The location was very good 👍. I had an AC DOUBLE room, but there was no mini fridge or electronic safe, and the towel wasn't clean. One question about the food: are half plates of veg and non-veg items compulsory for a single guest? 🙏
