The staff were rude and didn't care about their customers. I met the owners, luckily, and no womder, they were the same. If you want to see unprofessional behaviour and what third class looks like, come here. Never book this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Even though we arrived an hour late for check-in, they made us wait another 30 minutes and told us to wander around. The rooms weren't clean, and there were lots of flies and mosquitoes. There was no telephone in the room, and our Aadhar card went missing. They kept reminding us about a 10 rupee bottle, but nobody followed up about the customer's Aadhar card. The management was extremely poor, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There was no water anywhere in the hotel for our entire stay. My guest couldn't bathe or use the loo, and after many requests they finally gave us a bucket of water. Everything else was fine, but this was totally not done. They should have refunded half the money.

The staff were shouting and drinking loudly until midnight on both nights, and the rooms were a mess of unreliable service. We were first put in room 104, but its phone didn't work, so they moved us to 102. That phone stopped working after a day too, and only rang at 11 a.m. when they wanted us to check out. We stayed two days, but breakfast didn't arrive by 10 a.m. on the first morning, when we had to leave for an event. Nobody even apologized. Breakfast was another problem. They serve it in the room, apparently without knowing how many guests are staying. We got two slices of bread with no butter or jam, then, after I insisted there were two of us in a double room, one plate of poha they chose. On checkout, we carried our own luggage downstairs while a staff member took the lift and told us to use the stairs because it was only one floor. He ignored the bags. They handed us cards at check-in and suggested booking directly next time. I can't see any reason to return. The service was so rude. I booked after seeing 4.3 stars on Google, but I suspect they bought the reviews. Maybe they get plenty of customers and have stopped caring. Attend a ceremony or eat there if you want, but don't stay. Thanks, but no thanks.
