Capital O 26194 Lloyd House

Convenient location and good value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful. The food was delicious and hygiene was taken seriously. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

My sister had an exam the next day, and we’d hoped for some peace, but instead spent the whole day dealing with the hotel. I stayed just one day and it made my trip miserable. I thought choosing a hotel chain would make things easier. A local hotel might have treated us better. I’ll never stay here again. They charged extra for the second guest even though my booking was for two. The room was disgusting: used towels were left there, the bedsheets were stained, and the fridge was dirty. I doubt they changed the sheets at all. They said they’d upgrade the room, but only took away the towels and cleaned the fridge, things that should be done before guests arrive. I paid for a roof over my head and nothing else. Don’t trust the photos. I contacted them through Twitter, email, phone, and their service portal, and sent confirmation emails and slips, but still got no refund.

They’re fooling people with Pinterest pictures on goggle. The mattress was cheap, the TV didn’t work, and the washroom and flush were bad. The staff are awful. Check my review before checking in. The room is really worth 400-500, but they charge 2500 😆😆

A very good hotel, with kind and helpful staff.
