Good hotel for a decent price, and the breakfast choices are good. The first room had a foul smell coming from the AC vent. After we complained, they gave us a better room, so they deserve credit for the service. The faulty room could use some fixing.

The rooms were decent and the bathrooms were good, though they could use more cleaning. I found hair on the bedsheet when I checked in, but they changed it promptly. It’s a very good hotel in what seems like a posh area, and it’s close to a bus depot.

The food stood out most for me: it was always freshly made and delicious, and I think it’s the hotel’s USP. Breakfast had a small but good selection. The staff were very courteous, the rooms clean, and the area quiet. I’ve stayed at many places nearby without a good experience, but this one was different. I’d stay here again, and I hope they keep this staff.

The food was the best part of my stay. The room, though, smelled bad, and there was a rat in it. The napkins and towels were nearly black, as if they’d been used to wipe the floor, and the DTH hadn’t been recharged, so I had to remind them. I can’t see myself staying here again, and I’m not sure how this place is rated 3 stars. Siesta Team, the ambience, room upkeep, and overall maintenance need urgent attention.

The service was right on the spot and the rooms were decent. It’s a very nice hotel in a good location. I would’ve stayed longer than two nights, but they were sold out. Keep up the good work.
