The bedding was so smelly that we couldn't sleep all night. After the previous guest left, housekeeping apparently just dusted the sheet instead of changing the bed linen. The hygiene was the worst part of an already unpleasant stay. Our first room was extremely cramped, and its bathroom was leaking when we checked in. They moved us to another room, but things got worse. There was no basic cleanliness or comfort, and I left very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were humble and cooperative, but the room had no window or ventilation, and there was nothing nearby. It needed an upgrade and didn't feel safe, so I didn't try the restaurant. We had booked for a night but left after just two hours. The rooms were in very poor condition and unhygienic.

Breakfast was good, and the location is handy for Scope. But there was no hot water in the morning during winter, and the service felt like a roadside food joint, maybe worse. For dinner, I'd stick to vegetarian food, since the non veg seemed old and could upset your stomach.

We paid for an extra bed and got an extra mattress squeezed into a spot where it was almost impossible to get in. The room had stained linen and unhygienic bedding, plus leaking showers and a nonworking intercom. To contact the front office, we had to Google the number and call someone to send housekeeping. I can't understand how this is called a three star property with such basic amenities missing. My worst experience in Delhi, and I wouldn't recommend it.
