SaffronStays Heritage Waada, Nashik

The decor was excellent and felt authentic, and the place was nicely maintained, with traditional village vibes. It’s right opposite Sula Wines, where you can take a Wine Tour, and there’s Go karting next door. The restaurant serves good food, including Missal (Chulivar chi Missal i.e. cooked over fire wood).

The venue, Peshwai decoration, Maharashtrian Bramhani cuisine, and hospitality were all amazing. Tejas and Team organized the ‘Sanskar Vidhi.. Munja of Hridaan’ superbly, and everyone was skilled, organized, comforting, and very helpful. Our friends, family, and relatives were all happy with the hosting. The booking disruption is what has left me questioning Saffronstays’ reliability. We had planned a trip for nine people, including children, and had paid the full amount when we booked. Then, at the last minute, we were told the reservation had been double-booked and our plans were cancelled. That caused major stress and a substantial financial loss. I expected Saffronstays to provide a smooth trip, but this first experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company. Taking full payment without a reliable booking process feels unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time and money. I expect a prompt refund and compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and financial loss. Saffronstays should also review its internal processes to prevent this happening again. Please acknowledge receipt of my email and give me a quick update on how this will be resolved. I hope the feedback is taken seriously.

The food was good, the room itself wasn’t old, and parking was available. The bedsheet, though, had stains and marks. Staff came quickly when we asked them to replace it, but the replacement was stained too. It was better, and we felt more comfortable knowing it had been changed.
