The location made it easy to get to nearby markets and transport, and the atmosphere was calm enough for a family or solo stay. Staff were polite and quick to help, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with housekeeping arriving on time and hygiene kept up. The food was decent, and although breakfast choices were limited, it was fresh. Overall, I had a very good stay at Stay Hotel.

The restaurant food was very good, though outside food isn’t allowed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well located on a main road with good public transport and metro connections. I just wish the rooms were a little more spacious and cleaner.

The room didn’t look clean despite the hotel’s claims. There was visible mold around the bathroom tap and inside the shower cubicle, and the shower area felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. The flooring was damaged and worn, and we didn’t get room service during our stay. Check-in at around 10 PM was unpleasant because the front office reception was extremely rude. A communication gap between Agoda and hotel management caused needless trouble when we arrived. For the price and the way it’s marketed, the stay fell below standard. I wouldn’t recommend Orion Plaza in New Delhi. Poor service, weak management communication, and lack of cleanliness made it unpleasant and not worth it.
