The rooms were tiny, cramped, and smelly, with barely enough room to move around. Getting the booking sorted was confusing and took far too long. The location isn't well connected, so exploring the area was difficult. Hotel Tom & Jerry felt dull and below expectations in every way. Avoid it.

They don't provide hot water or towels. The main thing they seem to care about is getting you to rate them when you check in. Worst experience of my life. I'd give this third class hotel zero stars. Don't book here.
The hot water wasn't working, and they didn't provide enough towels for everyone. My room wasn't clean, and what I got looked very different from the photos on different sites.
My confirmed Booking.com reservation was refused when I arrived at Tom & Jerry Hotel in Bhogal, New Delhi. The staff said they did not care about the confirmation and described booking sites as a way to “lure customers” in. That’s misleading and completely unprofessional. People rely on these platforms for real reservations, so I’d tell others to avoid wasting their time and money here.
The location near Nizamuddin station, within 2 km, and the greenery and quiet around the neighbourhood give this property some potential. For now, though, it felt badly managed, especially for the price. I’ve paid ₹850 for rooms that were much cleaner and more comfortable. The online photos bore no resemblance to what we found, and looked like they might be ten years old. At check-in we were first shown a room that looked like a horror movie set. After we pushed back and paid extra, we got a slightly better room, but it was still in awful shape. The false ceiling was broken, with paint falling onto the floor while we were there. Switches were broken, the TV didn’t work, and the room smelled strongly of tobacco. Bed bugs crawled behind the pillows and along the bed lines. I used my Ladakh sleeping bag to avoid the itchy mattress, but still couldn’t sleep properly. The bathroom was unhygienic, with hair left behind and a ceiling in terrible condition. Burnt matchsticks were scattered on the floor. There was also a large gap under the main door, so outside noise came straight in. Management has a good neighbourhood and limited nearby competition to work with, and the place could have potential as a premium stay. As it is, false advertising, poor upkeep, and a lack of hygiene are running it into the ground.
