The main-road location made it easy to get transport and reach nearby markets and eateries. Staff were polite, and check-in went smoothly. Still, the rooms looked old and weren't well maintained, with furniture and interiors that need an upgrade. I found it a little pricey for the facilities. It's an okay choice if location matters most, but upkeep and modernizing the rooms would help justify the cost.

It was easy to find the hotel, but the reception staff were rigid in their manner. The rooms weren't clean, there was no bathroom bin, and the only handwashing option was ordinary soap. Drinking water also cost extra. The TV and its sound system seemed about 20 years old.

After we booked, they redirected us to another hotel for a lower price. The place they sent us to, Ashiana Lodge, was extremely dirty and unhygienic. We checked out within 30 minutes of arriving and still lost our money. They also asked us for extra GST at the end without having mentioned it beforehand. Please don't visit this hotel, it felt like a big scam.

The food was below average, and you'd be better off eating at a restaurant outside. At reception, especially in the daytime, two staff members, one of them a Punjabi person, misguide customers. They overcharged me for an average room that wasn't worth the price, then tried to confuse me over the checkout bill. Once I worked it out properly, they went quiet. The management was very unprofessional. I'm totally disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.
