It’s a decent boutique hotel with clean, tidy rooms that are average in size. The location is very central, only about a three-minute walk from the Metro station. Staff are cooperative and provide excellent service. Food is good, though portions per plate are small and prices are high. Room rates, on the other hand, are appropriate.

The location worked really well for me, close to both a metro station and my venue. I got an excellent price, I think because it was a corporate booking. The buffet breakfast was basic but good enough, and the food was good too.

Our booking was overlooked when we arrived, and the staff were so unprofessional that the visit became stressful and far below what we expected. Then, without a proper explanation or apology, we were sent to another hotel on the basis of false information. We were really disappointed with the service when we visited last Friday 10th Oct 25. Totally unacceptable.

I’ve stayed at three hotels in Delhi, and this one has been the best by far. It’s clean and modern, and they actually wash the bedsheets and towels. The room and AC are very quiet. The location isn’t perfect, but it’s in a residential area where people were friendly, and I felt very safe as a foreigner. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they never pressured me to buy extra services. Breakfast was delicious, the restaurant is well designed, and the price is very fair.

The waiters were good and tried their best, but the manager made this a hellish kitty party experience. We’d booked a table, then arrived to find he’d given it to a walk-in group. He made up a story when we asked and kept us waiting 45 minutes before we got a suitable table. After that, the service was awful: they brought dishes we hadn’t booked, the food was cold and tasteless, and the drinks were hot with no ice. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate, yet still expected us to be fine with it. I’ll never book this place again.
