The rooms are decent, the staff are very polite, and the hospitality is nice.

The hotel’s complimentary lunch or dinner only includes vegetarian items, so be aware of the food options. The hotel management behaved very badly.

The location is good and the property is okay, but the counter staff member named “Dilbag~ the guy with less hair more ego and wear specs still cant see the way to behave” was rude, ill mannered, and straight-up disrespectful. I rarely give a business one star, but this was disappointing. We booked online for 7k for a two-day stay. The site confirmed everything, and we also reconfirmed it with the hotel reception by phone. When we arrived, Dilbag argued that the rooms cost more and the rate on the site was a mistake, and he was very rude about it. If you don’t know what your room prices show online, get a better grip on the business and fix it. We would’ve happily paid 13k for two nights too, given the location.
