The owner was wonderful and settled my refund promptly. The rooms were decent, clean and neat, and there are nice coffee shops close by. A convenient hotel and good value for money.

The convenient location gives the hotel potential, but the staff came across as rude and uncooperative when I visited to pick up a friend at checkout. The rooms were okay and clean, though the fixtures and furnishings looked dated and maintenance was poor. Better upkeep of appliances and housekeeping, along with more polite, helpful customer service, would improve the guest experience.

The hotel’s location is very nice, right in the middle of the city and accessible to places around town. Rooms are good, but the bathrooms could be maintained better. The food at the hotel it’s tied up with is average, not so great.

Rooms are very congested, and the building isn’t maintained. In winter in Mysuru, there wasn’t even warm water in the bathrooms. Breakfast was the same every day. I had to ask every day for the rooms to be cleaned and for fresh water and toiletries.

The place was clean and the bill came quickly. The paneer butter masala with naan was a 10/10, and the food and service were both great. Worth every rupee.
