The rooms are spacious and furnished well, though some guests have raised concerns about bathroom and linen cleanliness. The room was untidy and the washroom smelled awful. The TV didn’t work, and staff took no action after I reported it. Responses were slow, the service felt unprofessional, and nobody tried to fix the problems. For what I paid, I expected basic cleanliness and working facilities. My stay at Silver Oak Hotel was a real letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it without major improvements.

Breakfast was a few items bought from outside and brought to the room, with no proper area to eat. The replacement room also had hair on the floor and bedsheet, and the floor was dusty. The first room smelled strongly because the corridor ceiling was open for work. I only booked after an agent described this as one of the very good hotels, but my experience was the opposite and I ended up arguing with the agent. Stay away from this “International Hotel.” A small economy Oyo would give you more peace of mind.

Nice spot, relaxed feel and a young crowd. Food was good with plenty of variety, and the staff were really helpful, though service took a while. The open upper deck is mostly used by smokers. The lower deck is non-working and tends to draw the younger crowd.
