We paid a very high weekend rate and still chose to stay with family. In the middle of the night, we found lots of bed bugs on the pillows and bed. It was too late to leave, so we had to stay. The maintenance was very poor, and the response the next morning was even more surprising: the front office guy said this was the first time they'd received such feedback. Be careful if you're coming with kids. This hotel isn't worth that much. One star.

We booked through OYO for three adults and a child, choosing the listing with photos of two queen beds. Instead, they put us in a regular room with just one queen bed and said they could add an extra bed. When we asked the receptionist, who was very rude, about another room, she said everything was booked. But upstairs, nearly every room looked empty. I wouldn't recommend this place to families.

The bed's spring mattress passes along every movement, so if the person beside you tosses and turns, you'll lose sleep from the vibrations. The ceiling fan is in the middle of the room while the cot is at the far end, so you don't get its air, thankfully there's AC. On the plus side, the rooms are large and clean, parking is spacious, and the setting is quiet. It's about 2.5 kilometers from the palace.

There's no restaurant, though staff said they could bring food from other places, and they didn't have a room service menu. Still, this is a clean, well-kept budget hotel with polite staff, close to most Mysore attractions.
