The staff were polite, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. We booked through goibibo with breakfast included, but since there’s no in-house restaurant, they gave us coupons for Nefty Pure Veg, about a five-minute walk away. Our room came with a complimentary one-litre water bottle and small bath soaps. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, so parking wasn’t a problem. We stayed two nights, and it was worth what we paid.

The staff were helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable for the price, making it a reasonable budget stay for a short visit to Mysore. I did notice a dark spot on the mostly clean bedsheets, so housekeeping could be better. The room also needs more ventilation. With that fixed, I’d rate the stay four stars.

There was no reliable hot water, the TV didn’t work, and the AC was faulty too. The rooms were very small and had no ventilation, while room service was poor and basic facilities were missing. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had so far.

The washroom wasn’t clean and had no ventilation, and the receptionist’s behaviour was poor. They weren’t cooperative with guests. The rates are too high for what’s provided, so you could look for another hotel at the same price. Don’t be taken in by the appearance.

I stayed here two weeks ago. The room was clean, but the facilities were lacking: only one of the four plug points worked, there was nowhere to keep clothes in the washroom, and the latch was broken. The price was high for these conditions.
