SPOT ON 65397 New Dhan Win Lodge

I paid in advance for an apartment through OYO, then arrived to find the owner had shut the property down. I was new to OYO and this will be my last time using it. They gave us a listing for a closed apartment, and the refund process was such a struggle that I gave up. I’d book directly with a hotel instead of using OYO.

They kept my money and never refunded it. I was left outside the hotel at 4 in the morning, with no nearby cab service, after calling to say I was waiting there. They asked my name and told me to wait for two hours, then switched off their phones. The place is a long way from Mysore bus stand, and they wouldn’t even open the gate. Terrible service.

😡🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😩😫😫 Don’t trust this place. The property owner was very rude and said they’re no longer partners with Oyo, even though we’d paid the full amount. This feels like a fake listing.

The area by the stairs was crowded, so there was no privacy even just going in.
