It's affordable, but only suited to a solo traveler for one night. Families should stay away. Cleanliness clearly isn't a priority: there were cockroaches everywhere, and there was no service at all. People were drinking beer in the lobby, which didn't feel suitable for a family. I gave it two stars for being close to places in Mysuru and for the ample parking. Such a waste of good property in the middle of the city.

The service was very bad, and the staff were rude instead of treating customers properly. They even lock the main gate after 12:30. I wouldn't recommend getting a room here.

We were put on the fourth floor, and nobody mentioned that the lifts weren't working. The room had hundreds of cockroaches and lizards as big as snakes on the wall. I told the staff, but they did nothing. The bathrooms weren't clean and the water was dirty. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd give it minus five stars if I could.

There’s plenty of room to park, and the hotel itself is large, but our rooms were in poor shape. The room was dirty, and the two extra mattresses we were given were filthy. If they charge for them, they should at least be clean. The door-closing hinge was broken too. The next morning, the lights in both our rooms went out while the others stayed on. They came back when we left the rooms. A staff member came to look and then left.
