Breakfast was the only good part. Hygiene was poor, there was no hot water, and the receptionist didn't know much about the bookings. They pushed us to choose a different room after making other suggestions about room selection. There was no parking, so we were told to leave the car on the roadside, and there aren't any hotels within a kilometre.
The location is good, but the service isn't. The washroom wasn't up to standard, and the towels there were old and dirty. The TV had no useful channels, and the AC remote didn't work.
If management has shut the place for a long time, they should let people know so travellers aren't inconvenienced.
The room was great, but the lighting was poor and there was no room service. :(
