We waited outside for an hour while the hotel stayed locked from the inside, and nobody opened up. The receptionist seemed unconcerned and didn’t respond properly. The rooms were in very bad shape, and the toilet was dirty with a bad smell that lasted all day. It’s 9 km from the main city, and the tariff was far too high for such poor service and an unclean room. It spoiled our vacation mood. I wouldn’t recommend anyone book here.
The staff were rude, and the washroom was unhygienic. The rooms and bedspreads were dirty, there was no hot water, and the TV didn’t work. There was just one plug point for both charging and the mosquito liquid. I don’t think they even know what a dustbin is. One of the worst lodges I’ve stayed in. Management should deal with these issues, or close the residence if they can’t maintain it properly.
I booked through Oyo and stayed one night with my family. The bed was broken, there was no hot water, and the TV didn’t work. We got no room service either. The staff were very rude, and they were fully drunk. It felt like a risky place for a family stay.
People seem to come here just to drink alcohol, and it’s not suitable for families or girls. The toilet wasn’t clean, the bed was broken, and there were no facilities at all. No TV and no hot water either. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and the people were uncultured.
They’re registered with OYO Rooms, but when you arrive they say they won’t give you a room if you booked through OYO. The funny thing is, you can get a room right there for exactly the same amount as OYO Rooms. You can also add up to four people in a room by paying an extra 100. Thank you.
