There's no maintenance, the room wasn't clean, and the whole place feels overhyped. The beds were worn and torn, like they'd bought them from a scrap store to cut costs, and the bedsheets hadn't been washed. Room service and the ambience were terrible too. If you refuse to stay, they'll repay your money, but they'll also charge extra for no reason. Everything about it was awful. Don't go there.

I've never seen a worse hotel. The rooms and toilets weren't cleaned properly, and the beds were in terrible shape. The jet spray didn't work, and the blankets were dirty. My experience was just awful. I strongly suggest you don't stay here.

I booked for three days through goibibo for Rs.4000. The room size was okay, but the room itself was very average and the TV didn't work. The location is excellent, just opposite Jagan Mohan palace and the city bus stand.

Hot water support was terrible, and maintenance was very poor. There aren't even phones in the rooms, and nobody answers when you call the hotel number. The rooms and toilets weren't cleaned properly either. I suggest you don't stay here.

We were five sharing one room, so adding an extra bed left very little space to move around. The sheet on that bed also had brown spots. Still, the place was nicely arranged, the toilet was clean, and the price made the stay worthwhile. It’s very close to Mysore palace. Keep the price range in mind, though; you may find better places if you spend more.
