The staff's rudeness was especially troubling. We were met with abruptness and little regard for customer satisfaction, which made the place uncomfortable and left guests feeling unwelcome. Getting anything done also took far too long. Check-in, room service, and requests for help at the front desk all became drawn-out waits. Delays were common, and the staff seemed disorganized and in no hurry. In general, the service was pathetic. Staff were unhelpful and discourteous, often dismissing requests or responding as if they couldn't be bothered. The combination of slow, inattentive service and rude treatment made for a deeply unsatisfactory stay. For anyone hoping for a comfortable, pleasant visit, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We went there for lunch. They have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, and the prices are reasonable. I tried the mutton biryani, but it wasn't up to the mark. It gets really crowded on weekends, so be ready to wait. The restaurant could be cleaner, and the washrooms aren't well maintained. It's decent enough, but there's plenty that needs improving.

It's an old hotel, but it was good, and the service was good too. The location is handy, right by the main road and very close to Mysore bus stand and the palace. Check-in and checkout are available 24 hours.

It's close to the bus station and Shri Ganapathi Sachchidanand Swami Datta Peetam Mysore. The hotel has a lift and food available inside, and the reception staff were hospitable. Some repair work still needs to be done, but otherwise it's good.
