I’d avoid booking here. I reserved through the Oyo app on July 2nd 2023, and say I was scammed out of almost 2500rp. Before checking in, we asked to see the room and found it dirty. Oyo didn’t respond when I complained. The hotel even told Oyo that we had stayed there. One of the worst hotels I’ve experienced, pls don’t book.

I paid 1200/- and came away feeling it was money down the drain. The room had cockroaches everywhere, the plugs and flush didn’t work, and there was no kit. They did provide a towel. Worst stay of my life.

I’m writing this in capitals on purpose so nobody else has this awful experience. The room photos on the BOOKING.COM website were very misleading, and when I raised it, management blamed me and said I was confused. I was there with my family and kids, and they then tried to get more money for the room we actually needed. They kept my 500 rupees advance, acted rowdily, and threatened to harm my family and kids. FRAUD, stay away, and don’t book even if they offer rooms for 200 RUPEES PER NIGHT.
