Yuvraj Le Royale

The food and ambience made our trip memorable, and the location put major attractions nearby. At Yuvraj Le Royale, the rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and well cared for. The staff were consistently polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. It was a wonderful mix of comfort, luxury, and hospitality. Highly recommended for a comfortable, premium stay in Mysore.

The location was the only good part of our stay. We booked the hotel’s best suite, with a balcony, but were given a room without one. Changing rooms took another half hour, after we’d already waited 30 minutes despite arriving an hour after the stated check-in time. The sofa in the room we eventually got was wet and unusable. The floor was sticky and dirty, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom until we asked. There were exposed electrical wires on both the balcony and in the bathroom. It rained, which made us worried, and when we raised the danger, the staff seemed unconcerned. We also found no table for eating. The manager refused to arrange one, saying the photos didn’t show a table either. Room service from the rooftop restaurant was rude, and staff couldn’t answer basic questions politely. Our food came with wooden cutlery. After asking repeatedly for proper utensils, we still didn’t get a fork. Based on the cleanliness and staff we encountered, I find it hard to believe the positive reviews are genuine. Please avoid this hotel.

We booked the presidential suite with a hall, kitchen, and three beds at Yuvraj le Royal. The rooms were all clean, and the service was excellent. Breakfast at southern cafe on the ground floor and dinner at restaurant 1983 on the rooftop were both tasty and authentic. The staff were kind and helpful. My daughter accidentally broke a glass, but everyone cared more about her than the broken glass. I’ll always remember that kindness. Special thanks to manager Mr. Somsunder sir and Mr. Beeresh. Breakfast was very good, and the terrace resort was nice. The hotel worked well for a Mysore trip, with the main places nearby and an okay price. We booked two rooms, one suite and one regular room, for six adults. The main issue was drinking water: they provided just two bottles per room per day, and charged for extras. We also waited more than half an hour for late check-in.
