The food was tasty, good quality, and available any time, though it’s on the expensive side even with good portions. There’s no balcony. It’s an outstanding hotel near New Delhi Railway Station, and I highly recommend it for families.

At reception, the attendant upgraded our MakeMyTrip deluxe booking to an executive room at no extra cost. Room service for food was quick and good, and the food itself was good too. The hotel is very close to New Delhi Railway Station, and we had a nice, comfortable stay. I’d recommend it for families and will book again on my next visit to New Delhi.

We’ve booked this place twice and had almost the same extremely good experience both times. The rooms, whether deluxe or executive, were cleaned properly and smelled fresh. The bathroom was the cleanest we’ve seen in a 3-star hotel. Service was good, staff were polite and helpful, and the food was amazing, especially the tea. One of the best hotels on Paharganj Main Bazar Road. We recommend staying here.

We stayed two nights and didn’t like the experience. We booked through Make my trip, but the room was too small, including the bed, for two adults and two kids. The room didn’t have the window shown in the offer. We paid another two thousand rupees per night to change to a family room, but it stayed wet with water. Even after we complained, all they did was wipe the floor once.

A good restaurant with good food, plus helpful, cooperative staff. The hotel is in the congested lanes opposite ND railway station, just 100 feet from Platform 1. It works well for a short stay when you need train or bus connections.
