The main exit was kept locked at all times, so we had to call or knock for staff whenever we wanted to leave, even during the day. Early one morning we were rushing to Trimbakeshwar temple and got delayed while waiting for someone to unlock the gate with a key. I found this bizarre and unsafe for a hotel. Other basic comforts were poor at Hotel Teerth Villa, Nashik. No fresh towels were provided on our second day, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, with water left on the floor. The bathroom lights went out after midnight and only came back around 6 AM, though the room lights stayed on. It seemed like a selective power cut, possibly for cost-cutting, rather than a backup issue. Hot water was available around 2 PM but not in the early morning, around 5-6 AM, which was inconvenient for guests planning to travel early. Given these inconvenient and unprofessional experiences, I don’t recommend this hotel.

The homely meals were a real highlight at Teerth Villa. We had to order breakfast, lunch and dinner a day ahead, but the food was worth planning for. It was made with fresh, locally sourced vegetables and tasted home-cooked every time. And Oscar, the happy, energetic dog, was always excited to greet new guests and brought us extra joy. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The property is beautiful, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the friendly, attentive staff made sure we had what we needed. I’d highly recommend it for a welcoming retreat with good food and hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

I booked a Deluxe room through MakeMyTrip, but there wasn’t even a WiFi signal in the room, or phone network. Phone connectivity is a basic need. Don’t book this hotel.

When we stayed on 05th August 2023, we were in the building with reception downstairs and had a good experience. Returning on 21st June 2025, we were put in another building with very poor facilities. The bathroom was outside the room, the taps had low water pressure, there was no electricity backup, and the charging sockets were broken.

This hotel isn’t right. The staff speak very rudely, and there isn’t a room for the driver. Where’s the driver supposed to sleep or use the washroom? Not good at all 😡😡😡😡
