The staff seemed drunk while on shift, and came across as careless and unprofessional. The room was filthy, and the washroom door had no lock; the tap was broken and kept leaking. The bed was crawling with what felt like hundreds of bedbugs. I barely got through the night and left first thing in the morning covered in bites. This place felt like a nightmare, and I think it should be shut down. Don't risk your time, money, or health here. Even sleeping in your car would be cleaner and safer.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained, but the stay was still unpleasant. During our 22 hours there, the power went out at least 4-5 times, with no proper backup. The washroom hadn't been cleaned properly, and the administration showed no interest in dealing with our concerns. We had booked a room that included breakfast, but they refused to provide it. With basic facilities missing and staff responding poorly, I wouldn't recommend staying unless they make major improvements to their services and management.

The room was spacious and fine, and the AC was super cold. But getting basic service meant asking for it. Hot water wasn't available around the clock, so we had to ask the manager to turn on the geyser. We also had to request cleaning, and nobody came to make the bed. Towels from day one hadn't been replaced by day three, even after we asked. The complimentary mineral water also had to be requested, and we got one bottle for two people instead of two. Even with all these issues, we were pushed to give a 5-star rating through Fab Hotels or MakeMyTrip WhatsApp messages.

I paid the early check-in fee the officer requested online, but they still made me wait over 1.5 hours and wouldn't let me check in early. The room was unhygienic, with a broken AC and TV, no fan, and powder falling from the ceiling. They also charged 20-40 rs to bring food from the ground floor to the room, even though there was a lift and no stairs to climb.
