We were only stopping late at night, so we somehow managed, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Our room smelled strongly of urine, and the walls were cracked and damp. The TV didn’t work either. We visited on the weekend, and the place didn’t seem properly maintained. There’s no restaurant, and the bar just opposite the hotel makes it feel pretty awkward for families.

Cockroaches were everywhere when we entered our room after checking in. We asked for a refund, but the arrogant manager refused and casually said the hotel was “undergoing renovation.” That doesn’t excuse the infestation. The service was absolutely pathetic, the staff were rude, and customer complaints were dismissed instead of addressed. If the hotel is in such bad shape during renovation, why accept bookings? It was totally unhygienic and unprofessional. I strongly don’t recommend staying here. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

The bedsheets had stains, and service was poor, with delays in the process. Maintenance work was happening when we checked in, and the tap water had a foul smell.

I booked for a short stay, but even that turned into a terrible night because of bedbugs and ants. The service was the worst I’ve ever had and was misleading. No toiletries or dental kit were provided. Please don’t book here.
