The room wasn’t fit to live in, with broken electrical sockets, stained dirty walls, and hygiene that fell short of basic expectations. I have photos, and this felt like an ongoing maintenance problem. When I raised it, staff were dismissive and rude. Soap only came after an argument, and nothing else was offered. Hot water was technically available, but after repeated complaints it was still lukewarm at best. At the start, staff demanded full payment before showing me the room. Once they had the payment, their attitude changed immediately. The service lacked hospitality, accountability, and professionalism, and the property doesn’t seem ready for guests. If you want a clean, safe, respectful stay in Nashik, this isn’t the place. There are better options that treat customers decently after taking payment. Save your money and energy, choose another hotel.

After we’d paid and arrived, they said there was no breakfast, even though breakfast was already included in my booking bill. There was no bottled water, soap, or bath towels either. The features and amenities shown during booking were misleading. The rooms were untidy, and about half the things were broken. The cupboard wouldn’t close properly, the toilet spray couldn’t be fixed to the wall, and there was no washbasin in the room or washroom.

It was the worst experience. There was no room service, just a counter manager who wasn’t even cooperative when we asked for anything.

The place was very dirty, and the staff were extremely rude. The receptionist was especially ill-mannered. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, or even visit if it were free.
