Fabhotel The Nashik Inn

I booked Prime Majali FabHotel, Nashik for two days with breakfast included. At the last minute, FabHotels moved us to another FabHotel in Nashik without properly getting our consent. The replacement didn't provide breakfast, even though it was part of the booking, and nobody told us about this downgrade in advance. I repeatedly tried to reach FabHotels customer support but got no response or resolution. There was no refund or compensation, and nobody took responsibility. Moving guests after confirming a booking and then refusing the promised amenities is unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience with poor service and mismanagement. I don't recommend FabHotels. Think twice before booking, since they clearly don't honor the commitments made when you book.

The room was a suite costing 4500 per night, but there were lots of dead and live cockroaches inside. We asked for it to be cleaned and they took a long time. There was no Wi-Fi or fan, only AC. What are you supposed to do in winter? The location doesn't matter when the rooms are this bad. We checked in after seeing the room, then noticed all this properly once we came inside.

Some random two people who seemed drunk started hitting me inside the lift around 10:30 PM for no reason. There are no cameras in the lift. It escalated in the reception lobby too, and nobody came to help, not the male reception guy or the security guard. I was shocked that a place like this could get a license when the staff don't understand basic hospitality. I was bleeding from my nose and had to call the police. I checked in at 9:30 PM and checked out immediately after 2.5 hours, at 11:45 PM the same day. The rooms also weren't hygienic and had lots of cockroaches. Never choose this hotel for a family, or if women are travelling with you.

The room was okay in terms of cleaning, but the service wasn't good. We didn't get proper food arrangements for our parents, even though breakfast was included. It wasn't a good experience.
