Fabhotel Saroj Inn

We booked premium rooms for the family, but the rooms were tiny and the furniture and mattresses were dirty. It felt shady and unsafe, with car garages all around, a crowded road, and no parking. We left even though we'd paid part of the amount. They seem to know people will leave and won't bother with the time-consuming refund process. The photos on various websites are misleading, and this hotel is a scam. Highly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, so don't get caught in the Fabhotels trap.

I booked a stay with breakfast, but when I arrived they said there was no in-house kitchen or restaurant. They told me to call customer care for a refund when I complained. Neither customer care nor the agent who booked my stay is responding. I had to order breakfast from a local shop nearby and eat it in the room, and I'll add photos of that. Fab hotel is a complete scam and has sunk to a pathetic level. I'll never use their service again. I'll also post a review of their agent and a screenshot of the WhatsApp chat.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the stay itself was good. The room's dining area was so cramped that two people couldn't sit properly for lunch, and there wasn't enough space for two chairs. Several advertised or complimentary things were missing or faulty: the TV unit didn't work, there were issues with the AC controls, there was no hot water, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable.

I paid 500/- in advance after relying on the photos on the website, but the hotel looked completely different when I arrived. I want the advance refunded, and I've attached the receipt.
