A pocket-friendly option for middle-class tourists and people from villages, especially for a winter visit. The hotel is beside Thakkar bazar bus stand, but many rooms lack ventilation and only have ceiling fans, so they can get very hot in summer. There are no AC rooms, and the single rooms feel cramped. Cleanliness and hygiene are just okay. There’s no restaurant for tea or coffee, and the rooms need repairs and maintenance. The whole hotel could use a fresh coat of paint.

We were two girls and felt safe here. The staff were polite, and the bus stop right beside the hotel made it easy to catch buses to triambakeshwar. I stayed in room 122 for a day or two. It was spacious, with clean sheets, blankets and bathroom, and the hot water was working. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but the one I got was good enough.

Hotel Kubera is barely 100 meters from the main CBS Bus Stand, which made it really handy for catching a bus or heading to Trimbakeshwar. I picked it for the location, and it delivered. My basic single room was clean and cost under ₹1000. The staff were polite and helpful, and the place felt secure and peaceful throughout, a big plus for women travelers. For a super affordable, no-fuss stay in Nashik, especially if you’re traveling solo, it’s a good choice if location and value matter more than luxury. One thing to keep in mind: food nearby gets hard to find after 11 p.m., so eat dinner earlier. For an early Trimbakeshwar Darshan, leaving the hotel around 4:45 a.m. can get you done by 6:30 a.m.
