The staff were absolutely no help. The rooms were generally very dirty, and the towels we got didn't seem fresh. The sheets weren't clean either. One of my worst Oyo experiences.

I arrived with a female friend and her brother, who were unwell, but we were refused service. The owner and his 'followers' seem to think couples aren't human and shouldn't get any privileges, even a place to stay. This feels like a place that shames couples, with nothing to do with Oyo policies or hospitality management. On an early winter morning, even a Delhi high society aunty's tribunal lets dogs stay indoors, yet human beings, especially couples, are kept from food, water, and shelter. What a welcome from Oyo, and what heartlessness from Delhi people.

I ordered tea and it took 2 hours to arrive. The manager told me to leave when I asked for better service, saying I could leave without paying. The attitude was terrible and there were no hotel manners. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here.

The app makes check-in inconvenient, especially when you're with family. The document list isn't clear, and there's no list under the other option. The staff weren't supportive, and whoever trained them seems inexperienced. They don't understand the basics of checking documents or why they're needed at check-in. In short, the app was developed by dumb people.
