Collection O 18927 Maya Palace Mayapuri

The rooms at Oyo Maya Palace were the main disappointment for me. The exterior and location looked promising, but inside, the furniture was dated and worn, fixtures needed repairs, and there was visible dust and grime. The bedding felt old and uncomfortable, and musty smells made the room less pleasant. Some advertised amenities also fell short: Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the complimentary toiletries were sparse and poor quality. The room’s general feel didn’t match what the hotel’s marketing led me to expect. My stay was disappointing, and I’d look elsewhere if comfort and cleanliness matter to you.

A bad place to stay. The customer representative’s behavior was unacceptable.

Even with my OYO app booking, the staff wouldn’t accept it and left me on the road at 4 a.m. They were unsupportive and really annoying to deal with. OYO should either improve its relationship with this place or remove hotels like it from the list so customers aren’t put through this.

The owner insisted we pay another Rs 400/- on top of what we’d already paid OYO. Since we got there at 22:10 at night and had nowhere else to stay, we felt forced to pay. Book with care.
