The only thing I liked was how close the hotel is to the railway station. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, with lots of cockroaches in the bathroom and paan stains, including vimaal and jubaan kesari, all over the room. Service was poor too. When I asked about hot water, there was no response. It was only available for 10-30 minutes in the morning, and they wouldn't provide more when asked. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Thank you.
Oyo 2373 Hotel D inn used to satisfy me. It has a good location, good rooms, and a good helper, and I'd come here whenever I visited Delhi. But on my last 2-3 visits I haven't been happy, especially since the receptionist changed. I booked through OYO, but the day shift guy said there were no rooms and kept me waiting for 1 -2 hour after check-in. He turned off the AC in the morning and denied breakfast. On my last visit he said I had to upgrade to a deluxe room through the OYO app before he'd let me check in. Why should I pay more for an upgrade when I'd already booked a room? We ended up leaving unhappy. I respect the OYO team, so I took the time to write this. Please change that guy as soon as possible, or watch the hotel's ratings keep going down 🙏
The room they first offered had enough lice on the bedsheets to spot them straight away. The replacement room smelled horrible, and its air conditioner was moldy and unusable. The area around the hotel felt really shady, and some locals warned us not to wander around. Staff weren't friendly or professional. The whole stay was awful. If I could, I'd give less than one star. Avoid this place.
I've stayed here many times, most recently 2 Year’s ago. There were a lot of additions to the room this year. I used to like having none of those conveniences because it helped me disconnect, though they're nice to have. The extra additions have pushed the price up a bit. It's still convenient to town, comfortable, and has nice staff, so I'll stay here again.
Hotel D inn and the beautiful countryside around it are so relaxing and peaceful. We had a king size bed and hot tub, then went out for supper. The food was DELICIOUS, and there were fun shops @ both places to spend time. In the morning, the continental breakfast was incredible. We also had a fun time playing in the gym. Can't wait to come back! :)
