Really bad service, and the staff weren’t good either. I booked another hotel straight away. Don’t book this one.

The rooms looked old, and there was no sign outside to identify the hotel. There was no hot water or TV, and the towels looked used and hadn’t been washed properly. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

The rooms are nice and kept clean.

The room was in terrible shape. Dust and insects were everywhere, the sheets were dirty, the pillowcase was stained, and the bedding and pillow smelled foul. The bathroom was awful too, with a dirty toilet, broken taps, and such weak water pressure that filling a bucket took over ten minutes. There was no heater or shower. The room shown on Agoda wasn’t available, and none of the facilities listed in the app were provided. I didn’t even get a towel. The AC was broken, had a hole in it, and parts were held up with duct tape. The TV was broken too and left on one side of the cupboard. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. When I told him about the room, he got angry, wouldn’t listen, and said he wouldn’t give me another room. I spent the first night on a wooden chair, then went looking for another hotel the next day. There wasn’t even a sign outside. I wonder why Fabhotels group lists places like this. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I wouldn’t stay there even if it were free.
