The room itself was very bad, with dirty beds, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The Paharganj area didn't feel safe at all, and the hotel was tucked into some strange inside streets. I booked through trivago with a female friend. At check-in, the man started asking lots of questions about who she was and whether she was my wife, then said we couldn't stay in one room. Horrible experience.

After about 30 minutes in the room on the 4th floor, staff came and told us to leave as soon as possible because my friend had a local ID. They had taken our IDs during check-in and should have told us this earlier. Before that, they asked a hundred questions: where she was from, who she was to me, why we came, and so on. The room was cheap, and the hotel was in a creepy, unsafe area. The staff and manager were very down market, and the place looked like a cheap chaul.

The manager was super helpful, and the room was very clean. The sheets were comfortable, there were no mosquitos or other issues, and I was very happy with the value.

There's no luxury here, but it's very cheap and could work as a place to transit. I appreciated how kind the people were and how much they helped me discover this area of the city.

The waiter service was speechless, really very good. Charges are reasonable, service is good, and it's a very good hotel for tourists to stay in.
