The staff were so helpful that they even took care of our luggage after we left it at the airport. We'd found the hotel while walking around looking for somewhere to stay, after a guy offered us a discount. The room was clean and comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Delhi.

I arrived expecting to stay at Hotel Sunshine at Delhi Airport, which I'd booked through booking, but found out the hotel didn't exist. The person who'd been contacting me directed me here instead. The rooms smelled of cigarettes, the facilities were very unclean, and the people running the place seemed to be running schemes. Stay away.

The pieces at The Level Furniture felt sturdy and stylish, and I was treated with respect. The whole experience felt easy and pleasant.

I felt deceived and unsafe here. I booked through Booking.com, but on arrival the staff asked for three times the confirmed price. They were rude and unprofessional, and I felt they were trying to take advantage of guests. They seem to care only about money, not hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay somewhere else.

Horrible hotel, stay away. After staying there, check your Booking review too. Somehow a review appeared under my name saying everything was perfect and 10/10. I'm absolutely sure I didn't write it, and it didn't even sound like me. I got it deleted.
