The washroom was the worst, and the staff were awful too. Even the little highway OYOs are better. I’d never visit this hotel again.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, there was no spray cleaning setup, the TV didn’t work, and there was no Wi-Fi. Staff were bad, and they wanted to keep my room key at reception. They’d then go into the room without permission, and anyone could enter. Unethical.

The staff were unprofessional and sometimes used abusive language. Poor staff and terrible service. I’d recommend finding another hotel.

This is a poor hotel on Vikas Marg in Shakarpur. The bathroom water supply wasn’t working, and the TV had only a few music channels, with no news.

The reception girl was very rude and spoke abusively. She took the money and then behaved badly, taking advantage of being a girl. The toilet was dirty and the room wasn’t clean. I’ll never visit again.
