The rooms are nice, and the place is convenient for getting around. The food is delicious too 😊. I can recommend staying here.

The smell of turpentine from the whitewashing that went on since morning was so toxic that staying there was very difficult. When I complained, the receptionist/owner was rude and completely unbothered. At checkout, I brought up all the problems and he argued with me. Before taking advance payment, they spoke as if customers mattered; once they had the money, their attitude changed completely. I also had to pay in cash because he wouldn't accept online payment, supposedly to save GST. Yet he added GST to the cash payment and said he'd give me a bill, which he never did. He argued about that too at checkout. I wish I could give this hotel and receptionist negative stars. The worst experience ever. I wouldn't suggest staying here even if you have no other hotel option.

A pleasant, clean place with friendly, loyal staff. Room service is available any time, and they even offer tours all over India. If you're in Delhi, it's worth staying here.

The staff are frauds and will loot guests. The receptionist entered 22,050 on my bill even though my room cost 2205. When I caught the mistake, they said they couldn't do anything and blamed me. They said they'd try to refund me, then claimed 1000 had to be paid because of GST. They put the wrong amount on the bill and forced guests to pay it. Worst hotel in Delhi. If you don't want to be looted, never choose to stay here.

The staff were good, and the room was nice. It's near Nizamuddin railway station, and I'd recommend it to everyone.
