The staff made the stay especially uncomfortable, asking intrusive and inappropriate things, including whether I planned to bring my girlfriend to the room. They were rude and unprofessional, and it was embarrassing. The room was cramped and tiny for the price, and the cleanliness wasn't up to the standard I'd expect for what I paid. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can put up with that attitude.

I found the neighborhood unappealing, and there wasn't a single restaurant nearby that I could see. The hotel is far from the city centre, and the property itself is old and worn. It also costs twice as much as nicer hotels actually in the city centre.

For the price, the room was good. The manager and staff were very helpful, and I felt safe there.

Don't even try checking in. The room was awful, it wasn't clean, basic facilities were missing, including a bath tub, and there was no proper response.

The one good thing is the location near Jama Masjid. The rooms were small and smelly, the bedding was dirty, and the staff weren't helpful. Not worth it.
