Haveli Dharampura & Golden Haveli- UNESCO awarded Boutique Heritage Hotel

The rooftop looks out over Old Delhi, and it’s especially charming in the evening. Staff were polite and attentive throughout. The rooms were clean and well kept, with traditional design details, and the restoration of Haveli Dharampura is impressive. Its architecture feels authentic, bringing heritage and comfort together.

Coming back from a mountaineering trip with a sunburnt face, I was cheered up by how kind everyone was. The staff were friendly from arrival to departure. They told us about the building’s history, helped us fly our kite, and pointed out interesting little corners and details. The luggage man was especially polite and helpful. Haveli Dharampura is a charming, culturally rich spot tucked into Old Delhi. It’s close to the sights, so getting around on foot worked well for us. If you want to explore the area but stay somewhere calm and peaceful, this is a lovely choice.

I didn’t have time to explore on my own, so I booked a local guide who was knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is also well placed near many sights. I loved the modern conveniences, and the meals and breakfast were first rate. Its original details and heritage are outstanding, and something everyone visiting Delhi should experience. I think everyone should stay here.

Breakfast and evening tea were lovely, and the location worked well for visiting markets and heritage sites. Haveli Dharampura has a beautiful design and has been carefully preserved. Our room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully furnished. It was a memorable stay, I’d give it six stars if I could, and I’ll come back!
