Seven Eleven Club

The buffet lunch had a lavish selection and the food was good. Our 16 guests appreciated how it was presented, and we’re glad to have a property of this standard in our area. The grounds look marvelous and have a royal feel, with furniture and ambience that reminded us of a five-star place. There’s ample parking too, and it’s a good venue to book for a memorable event.

The Sunday brunch buffet is one of the best, with a beautiful setting and a very wide, unlimited food spread. I’ve been several times already. The outdoor areas are great for taking lots of pictures with family and friends. I’ll be back again soon.

The hotel’s location is ideal for visitors to mira road, and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and the facilities are very good. The booking process was the one problem: I reserved for three adults through a booking website, but at check-in we had to ask and pay for an extra bed. We also had to request breakfast separately, even though the booking was already for three. Some rooms could use floor maintenance and fresh bed covers and sheets. Thank you.

I was there for a wedding. The architecture, decor, and overall look give the hotel a five-star feel, and the swimming pool is huge and well kept. The rooms are spacious too. But the service felt closer to a two-star place, and several things were frustrating. Water in the bathroom stopped unexpectedly, and it took repeated complaints to get it fixed. Basic items were missing, including hand wash and an iron. I asked twice for a hair dryer, but it never came. Wi-Fi was unreliable, dropping out or slowing to a crawl without warning, which made staying connected difficult. The brochure says there’s a doctor on call, but when I needed one, I was told the service wasn’t available. Housekeeping was disappointing as well. They didn’t change the bedsheets or blankets, just dusted them by hand and straightened them, and the floors were swept but never mopped. It’s a shame because the property has a lot of potential, but management needs to improve service and hygiene. Other guests I spoke to had similar complaints.
