The bed and almera were damaged, the washrooms were very dirty, and the commot flush tank didn't work. It was a terrible stay for my family and a waste of my money. Your database shows this place as excellent, so please think about that. The boards displayed a deluxe room rate of 1100/- per day, which may be because business is slow. We checked out early on the night of 25th December. It was the worst stay for us. Thank you.

The rooms are big and very clean. They should provide one bottle of water each day, and the credit card machine needs to be working.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, and the location was great. I highly recommend the hotel.

The room was a decent size, and the AC, geyser, and other equipment worked as expected. Still, the walls were covered in stains, and outside the place looked nothing like the pictures. We stayed 3 days, but they didn't clean the room despite repeated requests. There were so many cockroaches that I killed 5 myself and got frustrated when I kept seeing more. The dirty laundry and lack of housekeeping made the stay unpleasant. I had planned to return to the area, and the location was convenient, but I'd rather book farther away than come back to this dirty place.

When I arrived, the place felt like a C grade hotel, without even basic things like an electric kettle or toothbrush. Cleanliness and after service were no better, and the stay was a complete waste of money. MMT doesn't seem to control the hotels on its platform. Hotels can list themselves and bluff about the services they'll provide when you book. I've deleted the MMT app for good.
