For the price, it's a peaceful stay and probably the best room option at that rate. Keep expectations low, though, and don't be swayed by the 4-star rating. Drinking water costs extra, and check that the AC and geyser work before you take the room. They provide towels and a small soap, plus a small open wooden rack. Call the Fab Hotels number listed here for the best price.

The hospitality was awful. The receptionist, who also seemed to be the owner, spoke to us sarcastically and acted as if we had no right to ask about the room or service. They gave our booked AC room to someone else and put us in a small non-AC room for the same price. The owner acted like an emperor of Hyderabad, but didn't seem to know that the app listed room sizes in square feet. Even when we showed the details, they argued that it wasn't mentioned. They didn't provide basics like soap or shampoo. If we don't question them, they can fool us and take our money. Fab Hotel should speak with them about the rooms and amenities they promise customers.

They gave me a dirty room, and nobody did anything after I asked for it to be cleaned. The only thing provided was Medimix soap. I even offered to pay extra for things like toothpaste, but got nothing. I'm not sure they understand hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay at FabHotel The Green Leaf. The location suited us, and the staff were really friendly. Booking was handled well, and the service around the hotel was good. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in Hitech city Hyderabad.

After you book with Fabhotels, don't count on anyone there to help if a problem comes up. When you try to check in, they may say no rooms are available or give some other reason, such as rooms not being cleaned, leaving you to find another hotel. Their service is the worst, and your stay can be a hassle.
