Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa, Pune

The food was a real highlight. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and carefully prepared. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, and the well-maintained facilities made for a comfortable stay. The Pune location was easy to reach and close to everything important. I had a fantastic time from start to finish and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Pune. Looking forward to coming back.

The main things going for this hotel are its central location and the rooms. I found the check-in experience awful. We were four people and had booked two rooms, but one adult wasn’t meant to stay. Reception wrongly told me to cancel the room booked for one adult and one child. After I did, that staff member disappeared, and others then said the remaining room didn’t include a child and we’d have to pay extra. The published policy said children up to 14 counted as children, while staff said the limit was 12. Paying wasn’t the issue, it was how they handled it and explained things, including asking for IDs and telling us about room changes. A cleaner asked us to close the curtains because the sunlight was making him sweat. At dinner, although it was still within their closing time, I arrived late and asked whether there was anything I could eat. The staff member said cleaning would be done around me and I should go to my room. No one from the additional front office staff helped carry our bags to the rooms. The bathroom shower was jammed, and with wet hands I had to use a small towel to get enough grip to open it. A nightmare. It feels like they’re taking advantage of their great central location. I’d never book here again, and anyone considering it should stay away.

The property is very well maintained, with a great ambience and excellent food. Everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to Arya, the front office team, and the luggage staff for service that really stood out.

Chef Dinesh Chandra personally checked on guests and made sure everything was right, which showed in the high standards. The staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the evening. The seminar arrangements and dining both went smoothly and were handled with care. A very pleasing, memorable experience. I’d recommend Remee Grand Hotel for business events and dining.
